Deb Locke, Director of Clinical Services
Deb has dedicated her career to inspiring clinical excellence, driving results that make a measurable impact on people’s lives. With 30 years of extensive experience serving and treating those with neurodegenerative disorders, Deb forms connection between top research and ClearPath’s programs –including new program development, overseeing affiliations, and leading studies in which the company participates.
Susan Bobish, HR Manager
Susan has been employed with Clearpath for 12 years. Over the years she has dabbled in a variety of areas such as scheduling, billing, administration but mostly in the current area of HR and payroll. She provides support and advice to all of our employees as well as our leadership team. Whether that’s employment/hiring, training & development, benefits administration or payroll, she knows how important it is to process and handle confidential/sensitive information in accordance with policies and regulations.
Theresa Smith, Private Duty Manager
Theresa has been the Private Duty Manager at ClearPath since 2017. She started in the home health field as an aide at the age of 20. Over the years she has shown compassion, dedication, and vision. She was promoted to scheduler for Private Duty Services and has since become the manager of the program. Theresa is a valuable asset to our team, as she has worked in all of the job functions for our Private Duty program. She has 4 children, 3 grandchildren and she has been married 13 years.
Carrie Handy, Clinical Intake Coordinator
Carrie served in the US Army Reserves for 23 years, and has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2000. During that time, she worked in long-term care and correctional nursing settings. Her 20 years of nursing experience has been an asset for the ClearPath team and the clients and families we serve.
Vondakae Weekly, Clinical Intake Coordinator
Vondakae is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and has been practicing nursing care since 2004 in a variety of settings. She brings her 15 years of nursing knowledge to the ClearPath team. She has three grown children and 13 grandchildren. Vondakae enjoys spending time with family, the beach, and all things 1980s. She loves her position at ClearPath and loves seeing people smile. She strongly believes in the adage that “laughter is the best medicine.”
